Return/Warranty Information
Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, our 21-day return policy ensures a straightforward process. Here’s everything you need to know:
Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please email us at apparel@primetimelacrosse.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Our customer service team will assist you through the process.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Condition of Items: All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (if applicable). Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Processing Time: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Additional Information:
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know in your return request email. We will assist you in selecting a replacement item and provide instructions for the exchange process.
SHAFT WARRANTY
All shafts must be completely broken from gameplay or practice. Dings, dents, and scratches are NOT covered by Warranty.
Original proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. If an exchange is authorized, the customer must send the broken shaft back at their own expense. Upon receipt, if the shaft is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost. The defective item will then become the property of the manufacturer.
